Originally called 'Kidner & Gould, Homœopathic Chemists' and established in 1860, the business name was changed to 'Martin & Co., Melbourne Homœopathic Pharmacy' in 1874.  The business eventually became 'Martin & Pleasance, Homœopathic Chemists'.
