Born 12 May 1853 in South Australia, Frederick Clement Aldridge’s company was listed as ‘bakers, grocers and tea dealers’ in the 1878 edition of South Australia’s directory. The company also advertised that they had ‘Turner’s Homœopathic Medicines always on hand’. They were located at High Street, Kensington.

 

In the Biographical Index of South Australians, Aldridge was listed as a baker and publican.
