Homœopathic hospitals were established in the following States of Australia: New South Wales (The Sydney Homœopathic Hospital), Victoria (The Melbourne Homœopathic Hospital), and Tasmania (The Hobart Homœopathic Hospital, and The Launceston Homœopathic Hospital). In South Australia, the Adelaide Children’s Hospital was established by homœopaths, although not a homœopathic hospital as such. In its early years three of the six medical practitioners were homœopaths.
