Arrived in Melbourne from Germany in 1949. He, along with the few remaining lay homœopathic practitioners who were still in practice at that time, worked to help revive homœopathy in Melbourne. The most prominent of the local homœopaths were Fritz Koch, Cyril Flower and R. Porter.
