New Zealand’s first homœopathic journal by Dr CF Fischer, The Homœopathic Echo, was published with the support of John Bell’s pharmacy.

 

By December 1856, John Bell had moved to Sydney where he announced that he would be establishing a homœopathic pharmacy with Mr Huntley.  The pharmacy was to be called Bell and Huntley Homœopathic Pharmacy, and was eventually owned solely by John Bell.
