Dr Soule gained his qualifications from the Boston University School of Homœopathic Medicine in 1896. He spent some time at a homœopathic hospital in Rhode Island, before taking on an appointment in 1897 as one of two resident medical officers at the
Melbourne Homœopathic Hospital, the first since
Dr Bouton’s appointment in 1885.
In the Australasian Medical Directory of 1900 he was listed as working at the Melbourne Homœopathic Hospital.
In 1903 he was practising from Wattle Street, Bendigo.
