Dr Hallock was an American who gained his medical degree from the New York Homœopathic Medical College in 1893. He was registered in Australia on 7 August, 1906. According to the Australasian Medical Directory of 1911 he was in Bendigo, on the corner of Rowan and Wattle Streets.
